N. Broadway and something, Chicago, IL
Found this on the way to meet Yi Shun, Jim and Abby at a cafe on Clark, across from Molly's Cupcakes. Molly wasn't serving cupcakes on Monday, alas, so we couldn't go there.
This item and the following few (stop at the Homer Simpson post) were stuffed inside a Steve Madden shopping bag that someone chucked into a municipal garbage can somewhere on N. Broadway, near my house. It was one of those eerie occasions when I just had that "something's in the can" feeling, as Andy documented in his NY Times article. Sure enough, another whole wardrobe, in the can.
At this point, I have enough clothing to open up a small resale shop. It's time to do something with all of my unwanted garb. People have suggested selling items online as rebranded "found clothing." What do you think? Is there a demand? Do people want my trashion cast-offs? Let's hear it. You can all leave comments now, so go ahead.
